Mentorship Focuses:

  • The Learning Opportunities & Enrichment Activities of our Educator-Created Curriculum Consist of the Following 6 Pillars—

    • Academic Excellence— ELAR Focus:

We improve the interest/motivation of students in Reading through learning tablets and our personalized, educator-created curriculum. By integrating the Science of Reading with dynamic content, we accelerate reading comprehension and proficiency.

    • Academic Excellence— STEM Focus:

Our STEM curriculum leverages cutting-edge technology and innovation through Schoolzz-Tech, which uses Oculus goggles to create an immersive 3D learning environment. Students engage in interactive math exercises, science simulations, career-field explorations, and more —  producing critical thinking through exposure.

    • Leadership & Personal Development:

We cultivate the life-skills of effective communication, teamwork, and strong decision making. Students are guided to navigate challenges with resilience and embrace feedback as a tool for continuous growth. By fostering self-awareness and personal accountability through the reinforcement of positive behavior practices, students strengthen their leadership capabilities, preparing them for long-term academic, career, and life success.

    • Community & Service:

Our mentees at each campus collaborate to execute a School Service Project based on real-world inquiry and exploration, using feedback derived from the school’s Campus Improvement Plan along with input from other students, teachers, and staff. During this process, mentees utilize their GALLUP Strengths and gain a deeper sense of responsibility while taking ownership of contributing to their school community.

    • GALLUP Strengths:

Mentors serve as GALLUP Strengths Coaches for their mentees, guiding students to identify their natural talents to excel in their endeavors. This knowledge is essential in informing students how to use their strengths to learn concepts, acquire skills, and apply them in specific careers where they could flourish.
