Mentoring
Our mentorship incorporates new, innovative methods that replace old, outdated solutions with components that emphasize Academics through Reading & STEM, Personal Leadership, Skill-Development, GALLUP Strengths Inquiry, Positive Behavioral Practices, School & Community Impact, and College & Career Readiness/Outcomes. 95% of Educators believe students benefit from mentorship. Our practices are designed to deliver a 100% lasting impact.
Empowering the Youth Event
We believe that a strong school community plays an essential role in student success. Our Empowering the Youth Event is a fun and energetic way to encourage students as they arrive at school, welcoming them with high-fives, warm smiles, and signs with motivational messages. This interactive start to the day sets a positive tone for students. Following the morning greeting, we deliver an uplifting speech designed to inspire confidence and enthusiasm. This event supports the school’s efforts to foster a motivating environment where students feel encouraged to do their best while contributing to a positive campus culture and climate.
Programs
Our programs are designed to impact students beyond traditional learning curriculums through exposure, real-world learning and scenarios, and strategic support. As students are required to receive 75,600 minutes in Texas schools every school year, it is imperative they’re offered enriching experiences that contribute to their academic and personal growth. Collectively, our programs increase student engagement while enhancing the educational experience.
